LULUTI HEP FIVE opens Thursday 17 September 2026 on the 6th floor of HEP FIVE in Kakudacho. It is Aeon Retail's first Osaka-city store for the clothing-rental brand, and the fourth in Osaka Prefecture after Ibaraki, Shijonawate, and Sakai Kitahanada. Hours are 11:00 to 21:00. The shop is about 102 square metres with four fitting rooms. 185 SKUs: 90 dresses, 8 haori, 10 shoes, 26 bags, 51 accessories. Dress rental is ¥6,600 to ¥22,000 including tax for a 3-night, 4-day window, extendable to 10 days.
Why HEP FIVE, and what is exclusive here
LULUTI launched in April 2018 as an online-plus-store rental service. Flagship stores in big cities started in 2025. HEP FIVE is the Kansai flagship, aimed at the same younger crowd that already uses the red Ferris wheel mall for going-out clothes. Staff help with fit and a full outfit. A photo corner sits next to the mirrors and fitting rooms. The interior is yellow with a pink upper wall.
Korean label LE ROMAN is the line you cannot rent at other LULUTI shops. Aeon says this is the brand's first appearance in a Japanese physical store, HEP FIVE only. The dahlia tweed set, square-neck jacket plus A-line skirt, is ¥22,000 including tax in S and M, canary yellow or navy. MERCURYDUO's embroidery ruffle one-piece is ¥11,000 in S and M, greyish pink or light grey. dazzlin's 2-way tulle-sleeve dress is a LULUTI first at this shop, ¥11,000, M, ivory. kaene is also on the rail.
House dresses if you do not want a fashion-week label
LULUTI's own Luminous Butterfly Lace one-piece is ¥8,800 in MS, M, and L, chocolate brown, green, or blue, with MS in blue only. The botanical embroidery sheer one-piece is a two-way tulle blouse plus Korean satin mermaid skirt, ¥11,000, S and M, gold or blue grey. Those two are the cheaper way to test the service before you spend ¥22,000 on tweed.
Book online, then use the store to try size and photograph the look. That is the loop the company designed. If you already own a safe black dress, this shop is for the one wedding, concert, or dinner where you do not want to buy a second. Hankyu Umeda Station and Osaka Metro Umeda put you at HEP FIVE without leaving the decks. Take the mall to 6F, not the Ferris-wheel ticket floor by mistake.
The rental clock is 3 nights and 4 days, not a same-day loan. You can extend to 10 days if the calendar on luluti.jp still has the size. Return the garment cleaned according to the store rules, not as a dry-clean surprise at HEP FIVE's information desk. If a size is gone in-store, the online catalogue is the backup, then you come back to 6F only for the fitting you already reserved.
