Nishi Umeda Sankei Building, known as Breeze Tower, is a 177-metre mixed-use high-rise at 2-4-9 Umeda in Kita Ward, developed by Sankei Building Corporation for the Fuji Broadcasting group. It is one of Japan's early environmentally friendly towers, with a nine-storey podium containing a concert and event hall for 960 people plus restaurants and conference rooms.

The Breeze Plaza on the 7th and 8th floors offers a small hall and five conference rooms available for corporate events, entertainment and banquets, with on-site audio and event staff. The building connects directly by underground passage to JR Osaka Station and other major Umeda stations.
