Ryugaku Journal Osaka (Ryugaku Janaru) is a study abroad counselling centre on the 21st floor of the Osaka Ekimae Building No. 4 at 1-11-4 Umeda, Kita Ward, Osaka. The agency, founded over 50 years ago, is one of Japan's longest-established and most comprehensive study abroad consultants, with counselling centres in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka, and partner networks in 16 countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Malta, South Korea, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.

The Osaka office offers free, face-to-face and online counselling for study abroad, working holidays, language study, high school exchanges, university admissions, post-graduate placements and internship programmes. Counsellors with personal study-abroad experience provide individualised planning, and the office also hosts free seminars and guidance events. The agency is a registered travel business (license 1-1695) and a member of the Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA), the Japanese Association of Overseas Study (JAOS) and the International Education Council (JAFSA).

The Osaka Ekimae Dai-4 Building makes the office easily accessible from JR Osaka Station, and consultations can be booked online for both in-branch and remote sessions. The Osaka centre serves students and workers across the Kansai region, and publishes the quarterly Ryugaku Journal magazine, first launched in 1983.
