The store sets the exchange rate at 33 balls per yen, far lower than nearby competitors. Although I expected this to make spins easier, the pins are still very stingy, making the game tough.

Shikairou brings its local entertainment name to HEP FIVE with a basement pachinko and pachi-slot parlour. Rows of glowing cabinets, flashing lights and an animated crowd give the space a distinctly Osaka late-night buzz.Operating hours not available

Despite occasional 4‑yen machines that perform decently, the overall experience is disappointing: the 1‑yen pachinko costs 200 yen for just three spins, the payout rate is terrible, and the equipment feels cheap.

This shop draws players who can''t hit the target with low settings, so they end up spending money. The exchange rate is poor, the machines rarely spin, control is difficult, and the win rate is low, making it essentially a spot for those with extra cash looking to kill time.
カラタシスス
Lately, when I insert money the machine fails to return it, which lets me keep playing. Only on rare occasions does it spin about fifteen times for a thousand yen. I have no interest in the police issuing entertainment permits or the opinions of those who comment on it.
