I placed a takeout order, getting four pork buns for ¥1,000. Because it was for takeout, I opted for chilled items.

The staff are as wonderful as ever. Even though there are numerous 551 outlets throughout Umeda, each one always attracts a crowd. Still, I am amazed by how the district has transformed, and the view from here is breathtaking.

I tried the shrimp shumai at the 551 Horai location near the Midosuji Exit of Osaka Station. Even in the evening, the wait was short, which was a pleasant surprise. It was my first time having shrimp shumai, and I appreciated its firm texture.
