Three rotating regional menus across the season

The beer garden is one venue, but the food and drink focus shifts in three blocks. Knowing which block is running when you visit changes what you will eat.

• Vol.1 Asian Table — 20 May to 7 July. Asian and Japanese-inspired dishes, with a stronger sake and shochu line-up alongside the standard drinks.
• Vol.2 American Table — 8 July to 25 August. American and Mexican food, spicy dishes and refreshing summer drinks aimed at peak Osaka heat.
• Vol.3 European Table — 26 August to 12 October. European food plus a wine marche with wines from across the continent, framed as an autumn beer garden.

As of mid-July the venue is in the American block, which is the one most visitors will encounter during the summer holidays. The base buffet of roughly 30 dishes stays available throughout all three blocks, and the rotating theme adds a regional booth on top of it. The Standard plan buffet is the same across all three. The difference is the themed additions and the specialty drinks poured at the rotating booth.

The four plans and which one to pick

The beer garden runs four pricing plans. They differ mainly in the main dish, the session length, and whether a dessert plate is included. All plans include the same buffet and the same 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink.

• Standard Plan — 5,000 yen, 120-minute seat, 90-minute drink. Includes one select-menu ticket redeemable for a whole chicken leg, popcorn shrimp, or soft-serve ice cream.
• Premium Plan — 6,000 yen, 120-minute seat, 90-minute drink. Same as Standard plus a BBQ plate as the main dish, served to each guest.
• Early and Late Time Plan — 4,500 yen, 90-minute seat, 90-minute drink. Available only for 17:00 arrival or 20:30 arrival. Book at the Standard price and the discount is applied at the venue.
• Anniversary Plan — 5,500 yen, 120-minute seat, 90-minute drink. Adds a special dessert plate for birthdays and celebrations. Groups of four or more, book two days in advance.

The Early and Late plan is the value pick if your schedule can flex to a 17:00 start or a 20:30 start. It is 500 yen cheaper than Standard and 1,500 yen cheaper than Premium, and you trade 30 minutes of seat time. The Premium plan is the one to pick if you want grilled mains, since the buffet is mostly deli, salad, curry, pizza, and shaved ice. Children pricing is consistent across all plans: elementary school age 1,800 yen, pre-school free.

What the buffet actually serves

The official site lists the buffet in five categories, which is more granular than most beer gardens bother with. The deli and salad section includes steamed chicken with scallion and ginger sauce, grilled vegetable and tomato Genovese marinade, fermented lemon vegetable marinade, truffle popcorn, peach and Earl Grey marinade with cream cheese, carrot rape, and avocado and Sicilian lemon cream pasta salad. The hot deli and fritters section covers french fries, herb-salted grilled corn, snow-fried sweet potato, and garlic butter steamed mussels. The curry section runs two options: the house Ume-han Curry and a coconut milk Singapore-style curry. The pizza section has tomato-basil-mozzarella and four-cheese. The shaved ice section runs strawberry, melon, Uji tea, lemon, and Blue Hawaii.

The select-menu ticket, one per guest on the Standard and Premium plans, is the part that most people use for a photo. The three options are a whole chicken leg on the bone, popcorn shrimp with herb curry tartar, and a soft-serve ice cream. Extra tickets can be bought on the day for 500 yen each. The buffet is restocked throughout the session, so arriving in the first 30 minutes is not necessary to get the full spread.

The 120-drink list and the non-alcoholic angle

The drink list runs 120 items, all included in the 90-minute all-you-can-drink window. Two Asahi flagship beers are on tap. The alcohol side covers beer, cocktails, highballs, wine, and sake. The non-alcoholic and low-alcohol side is the part worth flagging for groups with non-drinkers. The beer garden explicitly markets itself to people who do not drink, with a dedicated line of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol options that goes beyond the token zero-beer most places offer. If part of your group is driving, pregnant, or simply does not drink alcohol, they are not paying 5,000 yen to sit with a glass of water. The 90-minute drink window is separate from the 120-minute seat, which means the last 30 minutes are for finishing drinks already poured, not for ordering more.
