About This Event / イベントについて
World Kawaii Exhibition (世界のかわいいもの展) occupies Hankyu Umeda’s 9th-floor event hall from Wednesday 2 September to Monday 7 September 2026. Last day ends at 17:00. Entry is free. The store’s copy splits the floor into shareable “oshi kawaii,” slightly obsessive “numa kawaii,” and soothing “chill kawaii.”
Hankyu flags a first-time Korean pajama shop and a custom-embroidery stall in the oshi section. Navigator characters by Osaka illustrator makomo — Miteyon, Nanuun, and Chillrin — brand the “S.K.W.” cheering squad. Workshop and novelty details were scheduled for publication on 26 August.
This is a department-store sales exhibition, not a museum show: expect queues at popular booths and limited stock. The YG pop-up on the same floor’s Festival Plaza overlaps until 7 September.
